Palma is designed, produced and shipped from Bali, Indonesia.
Due to the strict import/export shipping laws of Indonesia we are not able to accept any return parcels back to our warehouse in Indonesia. Please see below for our returns and exchange policies and procedures :
Merchandise in saleable condition with all original tags attached may be exchanged or returned only if there is a fault in the garment or it has been damaged during shipping. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Items can be returned within 7 days of shipping receipt date when accompanied by the original sales receipt or order form.
After 7 days, all sales are FINAL.
We do not accept any return on SALE items purchased online or at any of our boutiques.
Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

Will I be charged shipping for the return?
Yes, customers must email us at email@example.com and we will review the case. In the event that the package is not received or lost in transit, Palma is not responsible for the package if there is no tracking confirmation.
All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and
in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or
with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on Palma Online Shop.
However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
Customs/Import Taxes for international customers:
All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. Palma will declare FULL $ value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. Unfortunately Palma CAN NOT put a lower value on the parcel.
